Understanding Your Coverage

Accepted Insurance Plans

We accept most major insurance including:

  • Medicare Part B and Part D
  • Medicaid
  • Commercial insurance (most plans)
  • Workers compensation

Not sure if we accept your plan? Call us at 386-677-7377 and we'll verify your coverage.

Prior Authorizations

Many infusion medications require prior authorization from your insurance company. We handle this process for you:

  • We submit all required documentation
  • We follow up with insurance companies
  • We appeal denials when appropriate
  • We keep you informed throughout the process

You don't need to call your insurance -- we do it for you.

Financial Assistance

If you have high out-of-pocket costs, we can help:

  • Manufacturer co-pay assistance programs
  • Patient assistance programs (PAP) for uninsured/underinsured patients
  • Non-profit foundation grants
  • Payment plans
