Our skilled infusion nurses don't just administer medications. They become your partners in care, providing hands-on support, patient education, and 24/7 availability when you need it most.
More Than Just IV Administration
Seamless Coordination
Our nurses and pharmacists work together every day. They know each other, communicate directly, and collaborate on your care.
Infusion Expertise
Our nurses specialize in home infusion therapy. This isn't general home health, this is IV antibiotics, biologics, IVIg, TPN, and complex therapies that require specialized training.
Continuity of Care
When possible, you'll see the same nurses who learn your patterns, remember your preferences, and become familiar faces in your home.
24/7 Support
Our nurses are part of the same on-call team as our pharmacists. Call anytime, and you'll reach someone who knows your case.

Your First Visit and Beyond
Initial Nursing Visit
Your nurse introduces themselves, reviews your medical history, assesses your home environment, discusses your therapy, checks your IV line, administers your first infusion while monitoring closely, and teaches you what to expect.
First visits typically take 60-90 minutes. We don't rush. We make sure you're comfortable and confident.
Ongoing Visits
Routine visits include vital signs before and during infusion, IV site assessment, medication administration, side effect monitoring, and documentation for your doctor and pharmacy. Questions answered, concerns addressed.
30-60 minutes depending on your medication and protocol. Frequency depends on your therapy: daily, weekly, or as needed.
Between Visits: 24/7 Support
If you have concerns between nursing visits, call our 24/7 line at 386-677-7377. An experienced pharmacist or nurse who understands your therapy is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are here for you. We can arrange urgent visits if needed and coordinate with your physician if clinical changes occur.
